RISK PREVENTION

HERBAL T works closely with the local workers health department to prevent risk of accidents, illness and fatigue, and thus reduce absenteeism. We have also used the services of an ergonomics expert to carry out a study of workstation layout. The resulting report led us to the purchase of well adapted equipment adapted, reducing the constraints associated with carrying loads.

UPWARD AND DOWNWARD COMMUNICATION

Internal meetings happen at each hierarchical level : CODIR, COMOP, departmental meetings….

The minutes of all these meetings are used and shared with the teams. Needs identified in terms of organization, training and communication are then used to define actions for an ongoing improvement of our processes.

LOCAL RECRUITMENT

62% of our team lives less than 30 minutes away from our site. This proximity limits the fatigue caused by commuting, and helps maintain the dynamism of our region.

HERBAL T also employs 60% women!

ANIMATING A RURAL AREA

HERBAL T, with all the companies in the Naturopôle Nutrition Santé park in Saint Bonnet de Rochefort, is part of a collaborative circular economy approach ( 7 companies, 266 jobs).

Recognized in 2019 as an Economic Activity Park of Regional Interest, the Naturopôle companies contribute to the vitality of the RPI St Bonnet de Rochefort/Charroux (1,000 inhabitants) rural area: around a hundred schoolchildren, more than a thousand overnight stays in guest houses and at least 5 to 6,000 meals a year in local restaurants.

In addition, the upkeep of the green spaces is entrusted to an ESAT (a supported employment institution) established 18 kilometers away.

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSISTANCE HOTLINE

For several years now, a hotline has been available to all employees. This free service provides a listening ear, support and psychological support to provide adapted answers to each situation.
